I just spent about ten minutes looking at myspaces. The complete lack of grammar actually made me dry heave. I can't believe my friends actually write that way. It's sickening, completely and utterly sickening. The lack of respect for language—when they seem to be all about expressing themselves—is disturbing on so many levels. They must enjoy expressing themselves as imbeciles. Am I the only person in IB around here who actually likes language, the only person who actually enjoys language at all? If not, they are sure doing a good job of hiding their love in each of their eight-bloody-thousand comments per minute. If I see love, luv, u, ur, i, or whore one more time within the next twenty-four hours I am going to kill myself.
