It's like the wind.
Apr. 4th, 2004 09:21 pmI don't know what is it about today, but time is really flying. When I woke up just after eleven, I took medicine for my cold (which has made me a little cooky today), then retreated into the Abyss and woke up my computer. I swear that when I looked up, it was already one in the afternoon. It was so strange!
When I started my last entry, The, it was 5:26, as demonstrated by the post time. But I finished nearly an hour later, at 6:16. How is that possible?! I mean, I wrote a whole heck of a lot, but I didn't think it had actually taken me that long.
I can't help but wonder why today has been going by so fast. Maybe it's just that I'm so relaxed, what with spring break and only one homework assignment ahead of me. Maybe it's because eleven has some sort of mystical time powers, and, because I woke up just after eleven, I was subjected to those powers. Maybe not. I really don't know. It's always been easy for me to tell why my day has gone slow, but I can never pinpoint the reason for a day full of fast-forwarding.
What do you think? Can you identify anything in particular that makes your day seem to zoom by?
