vollmusDid anyone watch the musical version of A Christmas Carol that was on NBC today? It wasn't too bad, from what little I saw of it. But there was one part that really sticks out in my mind... Scrooge is looking around and he goes, "What is this feeling?"
As soon as he said it, all I could think of was: "Does it have a name? Yes: loathing, unadalurated loathing...."
Darn you, Sk8 and Shane! I haven't seen the musical or even read the book and the songs are creeping into my head! XD
Another thing stuck out to me, though. Did anyone else get a kind of Nightmare Before Christmas feel from Scrooge's "What is this?" lines and basically the entire graveyard scene? It was really strange.
Well, anyway. Happy Thanksgiving, Happy Day After Thanksgiving, and I hope you all had a good weekend, because you'll need those good feelings to get you through the next week. Good luck!
