The Time is 1337
Jan. 18th, 2004 01:37 pmThe time is 'leet' (in military time... 13:37) for me to write instead of just read. I'm tried of always reading other people's stories and thinking, "I can do better." Now is the time for me to do it, and do it better than those seventeen year olds who failed junior English and decided that British must be easier.
I am going to write a Harry Potter fanfic.
Oh, I know what you're thinking. "She is insane. What a waste of time!" But I ask you, what is insanity, but a soldier without a purpose? I say, give me a purpose!
Okay, so I just wanted to quote something there. But seriously, what else have I got to do? I don't want to cook, clean, knit, crochet, game, chill, or watch all the time! And now, I won't have to read all the time, either - I can create!
MlleMemoire is my user name on FFN. I haven't posted the story yet, I haven't even finished the first chapter or decided on a title (though the plot is all figured out), but it will be up soon. Once I have it posted, I'll make a post here to let anyone who wants to know, know. If you read and review it, I will be forever greatful.
